IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes! We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day.
The dress code is Black Tie attire:
Ladies, please wear black solid floor-length formal gowns. Gentlemen, please wear a black tux or black suit.
We kindly request that all of our guest wear black on our special day.

What time is the wedding?
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm at The Crescent Terrace on the side of The Swan Hotel.
Please allow time to walk from the parking lot to the Swan Hotel lobby.
Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing at The Vue at The Swan Reserve Hotel to follow.

Where should I park?
Should you choose to forgo the room block, please park at The Swan Reserve.
Be prepared to walk 5 minutes to The Swan Hotel lobby to be escorted to the ceremony.
We recommend using Uber/Lyft as self-parking is $20.

is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
There are numerous ways to get from Orlando International Airport to The Swan:

IS THIS A DISNEY WEDDING?
While Jen and Brandon love Disney, this is not a Disney Wedding.
No Mickey Ears or other Disney accessories will be allowed during the day of the wedding. Please refrain from purchasing Disney themed gifts. Click here for our registry!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
If you received a plus one, they will appear on your envelope. Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
We absolutely love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception a double digit (10+) event.
We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
Once Upon A Nanny is a great babysitting service in the area! They provide theme park and resort childcare in the Orlando area. Request “Marissa” as she is a friend of Jen from USY. Your children will be in good hands!

One thing we love about our venue is that it is in a hotel!
Unfortunately, the room block is closed as of December 22nd, 2025.
