They decided to put both groups together and spend the day as one big group. Jen and Brandon ended up sharing some kind of drink, ice cream, or slushy (no one can truly remember which). And thanks to Ally and Brandon Williams constantly making sure that Jen and Brandon would sit next to each other on rides, the rest is history.
As all modern, Jewish love stories begin, Jen and Brandon met at UCF Hillel in August of 2017. The next day was a UCF football game where both had mentioned that they were going to EPCOT. Jen had plans to go with her friends and Brandon had plans to go with Ally and Brandon Williams.

For Jen and Brandon’s official first date, they decided to go to Magic Kingdom. They both had Annual Passes to Walt Disney World, so it just made sense. They went on so many rides including their favorite rides Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin (Brandon’s favorite) and Haunted Mansion (Jen’s favorite). After an afternoon in Magic Kingdom, they decided to park hop over to EPCOT. Unbeknownst to them, it was EPCOT’s 35th anniversary! Truly a remarkable way to remember their first date. They finished the night at The Coral Reef restaurant in EPCOT, which was not the best food, but there were constant laughs and a start to a great love.

Brandon and Jen had plans to go on a European cruise out of Rome. Everything was ready with their excursions booked, bags packed, and reservations made, but Brandon had something else planned. Jen and Brandon landed in Rome, spent the day at the hotel, and got ready for dinner. Their driver dropped them off at Terrazza Viale del Belvedere, where this beautiful backdrop was. Then this magical moment happened and obviously, Jen said yes!
